WHY THIS BOOTCAMP
The African population grew from 221 million in 1950 to 1.2 billion in 2016. While half or more of the population is under 25 years of age in numerous countries the unemployment rate is only 3%. Very few Africans can afford to stay idle.
Due to the structure of the African economy only 1 out of 4 of this young generation will find a wage job in the formal sector. The rest will be forced to work in small family-owned enterprises in the grey economy. Not a great prospect.

A multitude of ambitious African graduates will compete over a tiny number of rare corporate jobs. Very few will hit the jackpot while the vast majority will find in self-employment the only option left to do what they love.
The African marketplace is requiring an entrepreneurial mindset that will leave our graduates no choice. They must learn to sell themselves, no matter what, or they will either never find a job or fail to create one.
